At Sensible Solutions we pride ourselves with customer satisfaction and we work hard to supply products and services that our customers can appreciate. We take great pleasure from putting a smile on a customers face.

If you are not a satisfied customer, then we definitely want to hear from you. We think we get most things right but we won’t know exactly unless you tell us differently. If you feel dissatisfied as a result of dealings with us, or you just feel things could have been a little better, please let us know by sending us your comments in the form below, or phoning Chris directly, phone: 09 235 2552. We won’t know otherwise, and we will amend any problem you may have.

On the other hand, if you are a smiling customer, we would also appreciate your comments about our products or service. This will help us know if we are on the right track.

After a service from us, we may not here from you for some time and we shouldn’t do. We have serviced your computer and tested it for a few hours or so and think everything is going fine and hopefully it is. But you know what “Not Knowing” is like (especially if you’ve had a teenager). You’re either thinking - Well that job must be okay we haven’t heard anything, or you can be thinking, hello, something might have gone wrong there, they don’t want to know us anymore.

Your comments can help us get things right so that we can provide a service that you can rely on, and also letting others know of your comments should entice others to maybe try our services. This helps us all. The more customers we have, the better the service we can provide.

This letter is to advise that the NZ Marist Brothers' Trust Board has been a regular employer of CHRIS COLE for most of the last 15 years. It would be fair to say that any time we have a building repair problem or building project; we instinctively ring Chris to ask his advice and to acquire his services.

He first came to our notice as an Electrician and has proved invaluable with his electrical expertise in servicing our 8 buildings around Auckland City. Three of these buildings are large secondary Colleges and we have always valued Chris' expert judgements.

He has also helped in building and carpentry around these same locations, particularly in renovating College laboratories and our various community accommodation blocks. Most recently he was completely responsible for relocating and remodelling a house including site works and services and adding a garage. He arranged the plans and necessary Council consents and was responsible for all the building and electrical work as well as arranging subcontractors  the large drainage job that included a large portion of public works, including subcontractors for the painting, plumbing, roofing, flooring, etc.

We have found Chris to be totally reliable, honest, hard working, diligent and always available at short notice. The Trust Board fully intends to keep employing Chris whenever the need arises.

Who can beat that!!  Perhaps a challenge to other computer service providers.

Thanks so much Chris for the wonderful service you provided us during the recent broadband/xtra fiasco.
You explained things in laymen's language to us and got our system updated and running much smoother and faster than our previous supplier has even made the time to do. Thanks also for pointing out areas where we can fix things and keep our system clean ourselves.  An honest thing to do in our eyes because you could've easily left it and charged us for future call outs.

We are absolutely pleased with the outcome, the reasonable cost and your pleasant manner, that we will continue to use you and will most definitely recommend you to others.
