At Sensible Solutions we pride ourselves with customer satisfaction and we work hard to supply products and services that our customers can appreciate. We take great pleasure from putting a smile on a customers face.
If you are not a satisfied customer, then we definitely want to hear from you. We think we get most things right but we won’t know exactly unless you tell us differently. We won’t know otherwise, and we will amend any problem you may have.
On the other hand, if you are a smiling customer, we would also appreciate your comments about our products or service. This will help us know if we are on the right track.
After a service from us, we may not here from you for some time and we shouldn’t do. We have serviced your computer and tested it for a few hours or so and think everything is going fine and hopefully it is. But you know what “Not Knowing” is like (especially if you’ve had a teenager). You’re either thinking - Well that job must be okay we haven’t heard anything, or you can be thinking, hello, something might have gone wrong there, they don’t want to know us anymore.
Your comments can help us get things right so that we can provide a service that you can rely on, and also letting others know of your comments should entice others to maybe try our services. This helps us all. The more customers we have, the better the service we can provide.
